24 Weeks

Finally hit 24 weeks on Sunday and spent the night in labor and delivery in preterm labor. Contractions every two minutes for several hours, needless to say it was a scary night for us. I truly suck at being pregnant. Got an ultrasound while there though and Baby Pokey is now head down. She's still most definitely a girl and looks great. We just gotta get her to stay in there.

Soccer

Bella decided she LOVES soccer and really wanted to play so we signed her up. She had her first game this morning and had a lot of fun. She was pretty tired by the second half but still did pretty good. She has practice on Monday and another game on Tuesday. Not the best of video but still cute (she's number 11.)

I love cloth

Cloth diapers that is. We cloth diapered Bella during her first year and I loved it (which is probably an understatement.) Then John came along and I stopped because living in Hawaii and having to line dry all our laundry things got to be too much since he created an unbelievable amount of vomit laundry. I wanted to go back to cloth after John turned one and Corey said no, that I had to wait until we had another baby (I wish I would have fought him on it now) but I said okay. Well next baby is on the way so back into cloth mode I went. Things have changed quite a bit since '05. Anyway I figured I'm ordering stuff so I might as well use it on John now and get more use out of it. My new love is flat diapers, such a classic under appreciated diaper. They are so great, nice and trim and easy to wash and I love how fast they dry. John wasn't too happy with the switch at first but quickly adjusted, we dyed his diapers a bunch of different colors and now he loves to pick out what color he wants at every change (he has recently decided orange is his favorite.) I still haven't bought any diaper covers yet though so his running around the house all day coverless (and wearing disposables at night) but I think this is going to help him potty train too, he started telling me when he's wet. And I can't wait to start buying tiny little cloth diapers for Baby Pokey.

Bella: My nose is not working!
Me: It's not working?
Bella: No, my mouth is breathing

So Corey covers her mouth and tells her to breathe and of course she breathes through her nose.

Me: Bella's nose isn't working
Bella: My nose is working again! Daddy fixed it.
