Bella with Bonz at 4 months and her and Bonz now. I gotta get a new picture of John with Bonz too because I have one of him as a baby and Bonz was bigger than him.
So I'm now officially on bedrest. It's not a huge change since I haven't been able to get off the couch in well over a week. I got a new ob a couple weeks ago because our insurance finally switched over and my old wasn't covered (even though they said they were when we switched to them a few months back.) Not a huge deal since I really didn't care for her much anyway. Corey and I really like this new guy though, he's older and just seems a lot more cautious about things and you can tell he's definitely more experienced. So anyway my cervix is still closed but is much more soft and given my history will probably start dilating soon. Contractions are regular and getting stronger so I'm stuck on the couch to rest and will be starting meds to stop contractions as soon as they get more frequent. I'm 31 weeks now though so not as worried about things as I was earlier. I'm 3 weeks from when John was born and feel pretty confident that we'll make it further this time.
And here's a picture for fun. The kids played out back while Corey "watched" them (it's safe out there) and this is how they came inside. I've let them play with chalk many times before and this is definitely a first (it looked worse in person.)
30 weeks now, finally feels like the end is getting closer. Sometimes I can't believe I'm already so far along but then I remember being sick before Christmas and realize I really have been pregnant forever. Things are getting pretty rough. Constant contractions and severe back pain. Finally gave in and got a wheelchair so that I can actually go places still with the kids. I don't know how I would manage without Bella, she is so so helpful to me and becoming so independant. She can now get dressed completely by herself, she comes out of her room in the morning totally dressed. John's doing great as well, he's talking a ton now and is so funny. His last therapy session was the best ever, he did a puzzle and actually enjoyed it. He's never done a puzzle before, he's never matched things before either. And he's learning his colors and gets them right about half the time. Oh and we finalized Baby Pokey's real name, I've been set on the first name now for years but wasn't completely sure of the middle name. We changed out previous choice, I let Corey pick actually so it's the first time he's decided on a name for one of the kids. Anyway here's some new pictures.
I finally got pics uploaded off the little camera. Last weekend we went bowling, we haven't been in like two years and the kids are big enough to bowl now themselves so it was fun. They really loved it, but John cried like crazy everytime it wasn't his turn. Then he got tired and refused to play at all, but he actually played really well.
Last night we went to the Real Salt Lake soccer game (Bella got free tickets from playing soccer.) It was a lot of fun (the kids loved it too.) Salt Lake won too so that made it even better. We also went to the mall and the planetarium and stuff.
