Thunderstorm

We got a BIG package in the mail today addressed to Yaya and John. It was too big to hide so I figured I'd just give it to the kids right away. I have to say Isabella is absolutely in love with her new chair. She climbs right up and rocks and rocks. I took it out on the patio for her and she sat out there eating crackers, and the weather was perfect for it too.

We had a nice thunder storm today and it's been pretty cold. It's supposed to be even colder this weekend and I'm really looking forward to that. I opened up the patio door and put up the baby gate and Isabella and John sat infront of it enjoying the storm. It was so cute.

On the potty training front we hit a small bump in the road yesterday when Isabella fell off the toilet (the big one.) It was my fault because there's a corner in the kids bathroom and whenever I am in there Isabella comes in and we play peek-a-boo around the corner. So she wanted to play while she was on the toilet and she leaned over and fell right off. Luckily she fell just right and didn't get hurt at all, just scared. I can't blame her for not wanting to get back up there. But today we were all in the bedroom and she went into the living room by herself. So I went in and she was hiding by the couch and when I asked her what was wrong she pointed at her butt and said "poo poo." And sure enough she had pooped. So she slowly showing more and more signs of being ready. I'm in no rush really.
